New Build Home Loft Boarding Package
New Build Homes will already meet building regulations when it comes to loft insulation and loft hatches. This new build home package is designed with this in mind.
This package is also designed to ensure that you don't void your new build warranty. The LoftZone system avoids using heavy timber and will not compromise your insulation or SAP ratings!
Package includes:
- A 6m2 (64ft2) area of LoftZone StoreFloor raised loft decking
- Uses 18mm interlocking loft boarding
- 3 section aluminium loft ladder
- Installed at your convenience, usually within a day.

Period Property Loft Ladder & Boarding
Period properties have bags of character and are beautiful, however the older construction techniques used do present a challenge when restoring and retrofitting. We are experts in working with Victorian and Edwardian houses, especially the lofts.
This package is for properties with original features such as high or lath and plaster ceilings and traditional roof designs. Using the LoftZone system allows the addition of often much needed insulation along with a sturdy storage space across often uneven and twisted joists!
